Pandit Uday Bhawalkar
World Renowned Drupad Vocalist
Uday Bhawalkar has an engaging style and is able to reach out and communicate with audiences of all backgrounds. Since his first performance at Bhopal in 1985 Uday has performed in a number of prestigious festivals and events in India and abroad. An inspiring, significant moment was when Ustaad Nasir Aminuddin Dagar, the eldest of the Dagar family, on hearing Uday perform in 1987, blessed him, with a gold medal. In 2004 at the Prithvi music festival Uday performed with the legendary Ustaad Zakir Hussain who played the Pakhawaj with him. Uday has widely performed in the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, and Israel. He has also collaborated with artists from other disciplines and cultures. Uday has contributed to the soundtracks for international art films.
He has taught internationally at institutions such as the Rotterdam Music Conservatory, The University of Washington, Seattle, and the Asian music circuit, London, to name a few. He is a Guru at the ITC Sangeet Research Academy at Kolkata, Benegal Foundation’s ” Parampara Sangeetalay”, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and Avartan Gurukul, Pune.
In recognition for his artistry, he has received many prestigious awards including the Kumar Gandharva Samman given by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh (2001) and the Raza Foundation Award (2007 ) given personally by the eminent painter S H Raza. -

Music DirectorAn accomplished singer and music composer, who has released multiple albums and has gained recognition in Indian music industry at a young age. He has taken training under various accomplished Gurus for classical singing and harmonium. He is particularly fond of Gayaki of Master Dinanath Mangeshkar. He has been awarded the title ‘Swaradheesh’ in 2005, by His Holiness, Shree Shankaracharya Swami of the Karveer Peeth. His album on Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkarwas inaugurated by Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi in 2014.

Dr. Pt. Vikas Kashalkar
A World Renowned Indian Classical Vocalist

GuruPandit Vikas Kashalkar is a well-known vocalist of Gwalior Gharana. He hails from a family of musicians. His father, Adv. N.D.Kashalkar, is a renowned musicologist and a writer. Pt. Vikas Kashalkar had his basic training of Hindustani Classical Vocal Music from his father. Afterwards he was trained in Gwalior style by Pt. Gajananrao Joshi, the stalwart of this Gharana.
Pt.Vikas Kashalkar, a creative genius, has obtained 'Sangeetacharya' degree from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Mumbai. He has received three awards for this degree. His thesis entitled Creativity in Music is a unique work to show new experiments in the field of music.
His melodious voice and intricacies of 'Tanas' give immense joy to the listeners. His style is deeply rooted in traditions but his imagination knows no boundaries, sky is the only limit. Hence, there is always a feeling of newness in his rendering. He has given a number of performances in various cities all over India and abroad. He is an 'A' grade artist of AIR (All India Radio) and has given performances on Doordarshan. A programme 'Malhar Ke Prakar' conceived by him was presented at various All India Radio stations and received a great applause from the audience. Another programme 'Kalyan Ke Prakar' was also presented at different places which was conceived by him.
He is actively engaged in Music Direction. Recently he has given Music to two Ballets - one on Bhagwan Mahavir, and the other on Bhagwan Neminath. He has to his credit a number of articles on Music. His lectures are a regular feature in Lalit Kala Kendra, University of Poona. A workshop was conducted by him in the Lalit Kala Kendra on 'Riyaz' in 1997, which proved fruitful to the upcoming artists. A number of students are working for their Ph.D. under his guidance. Many of his students have been awarded the 'Sangeetacharya' degree. -
Guru Mrs. Shubhangi Sakhalkar

Shubhangi Sakhalkar, a Hindustani classical vocalist, has been teaching and performing for over thirty years. After beginning her musical training with Smt. Kunda Vaishampayan, she went on to learn for several years from the renowned stalwarts Dr. Prabha Atre and Smt. Padma Talwalkar. From her teachers, Shubhangi inherited the best characteristics of three different gharanas: the Gwalior gharana’s clarity of raga presentation; the Kirana gharana’s purity of sur and vocal production; and the Jaipur gharana’s attention to intricate detail of pattern and rhythm. Shubhangi's artistic development has also been enhanced by academic training. She earned a gold medal for completing a master's degree in music at the top of her cohort. In addition, Shubhangi has brought her own dedicated riyaaz, creative imagination, and keen intellect to bear upon her art. She has developed a dynamic yet thoughtful vocal style that remains rooted in tradition while being uniquely her own.
Shubhangi has performed widely all over India and the US. She is widely recognized as one of the finest exponents of Hindustani classical music in the United States. In order to nurture and promote Hindustani classical music in North America, Shubhangi has set up the Intonation Foundation, which organizes the annual Ustad Amir Khan Music Festival to showcase the talents of artists based in the U.S. and Canada.

𝗡𝗖𝗦 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶 is a young promising Carnatic vocalist with a unique vocal style and mature musical imagination that brings out the best of Carnatic music in her performances. She has been learning Carnatic music for the last twenty years. She received her initial training from her father late Sri. N.C. Lakshmanacharyulu and continued to learn under the tutelage of Smt. N C Vani and Dr. Vyzarsu Balasubrahmanyam, Hyderabad. She then moved to Chennai to receive advanced training and hone her skills further under the excellent guidance of her illustrious Gurus Smt. Ranjani and Smt. Gayatri.
Along with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, she has a Diploma in Carnatic vocal music from Government Music College, Sangeetha Visharada in Carnatic vocal from Gandharva Mahavidyala of Maharashtra Mandali, Hyderabad. She finished M.A and M.Phil with a gold medal in Carnatic music from the prestigious Madras University, India. Since her debut as a performing Carnatic vocalist in the year 2000, Hyderabad, India she has given several concerts across India, and abroad. She has won many a awards and accolades in the music fraternity. She has performed in several popular Indian TV channels such as ETV, MAA TV, SVBC and Zee TV. Apart from her scintillating live performances, she has many private recordings to her name. While adhering to the traditional style, her music has the charm to engage and enrich a wide range of audiences.

𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗶 is an accomplished vocalist as well as an established harmonium player residing in the United States since 2003 and he has been teaching Indian Classical Vocal Music since last 15 years to students at various levels of training.
Inducted to the world of music at the tender age of 8 years by his mother Smt Anjani Tilak from Mumbai who is disciple of Pt Manikbua thakursdas ,later he trained with Smt. Tulika Ghosh who is deciple of legendary lte Pt Gyanprakash Ghosh from Kolkata, at Sangeet Mahabharati Music academy Mumbai Founded by late Pt Nikhil Ghosh.
Ramchandra Joshi’s Gayaki is inspired by legendary vocalist from Gwalior Gharana Dr.Veena Sahasrabuddhe. from Pune and has performed with her at Malhar Festival Nehru Center in year 1994 and several occasions.
Ramchandra specialized in khyal,thumri,natyasangeet,bhavgeet,rabindro sngeet and bhajans and gazals. He has toured extensively in India, USA, UK and Switzerland for concerts and lec-cum-demonstrations.. He has composed many bandishes and has conceptualized many Thematic Musical Programs on various themes like “Kalyan Rang – Demonstrating Kalyan That Based Ragas and various forms of music based on those.” etc.
Among many awards and achievements Ramchandra was awarded 2nd Rank in All India Radio Nationwide Music Competition in 1994 in the category of Hindustani Vocal category. Ramchandra holds B+ Grade from All India Radio.

𝗡𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵 is a passionate Hindustani vocalist. Apart from the more popular Khayal gayaki, she has also learned the Dhrupad style of music. She has trained under different gurus, and has juggled her musical journey while also pursuing a corporate career. She teaches Hindustani vocals in New Jersey.

Sheshaprasad is a seasoned vocalist and is trained in Hindustani Classical Music. He is known for his versatility and experimentation from classical to contemporary genres of music. He is trained under Sri. Chandra Rao (a disciple of Dr. N. Rajam), Pt. Vishwanath Srikhandeji (a disciple of Ustad Amir Khan Sahab), Sri. Nachiketa Yakkundi (a disciple of Pt. Basavaraj Rajguru). He is currently continuing his music journey under the tutelage of Pt. Anol Chatterjee (a senior disciple of Pt. Ajoy Chakraborthyji). Shesh teaches Hindustani Classical and Light Music in San Jose and San Ramon, CA. He is the lead singer in the Raaga Bayarea Premier Kannada Band for the past 20 years helping raise funds for noble causes and has released his own music album in Kannada in 2012. Sheshaprasad is currently working at First American Financials as a technology leader and has served similar roles at Macys, Symantec, AT&T, and Adobe Inc.
